Sales Operations Manager

• Responsible for overall project coordination, including managing scheduling, assigning tasks, motivating resources, budget management, and resolving problems

• Create strategy for digital selling & training

• Provides consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, and ongoing project health analysis, significant issue tracking, and communication with project team, business lines, and management levels on a regular basis

• Identifies risks and proposes contingency & mitigation plans

• Adjusts project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of business

• Gather requirements, define proper project scopes, find resources and manage resource allocation for projects

Project Management experience in a client delivery/services company

• Excellent client facing interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written

• Have excellent relationship building and communications skills

• Work autonomously and lead cross functional teams to deliver results

• Proactively identify issues, process improvements, and problem solving to design the best solutions in digital selling

• Have proven ability to launch and execute successful initiatives in complex and challenging environment
