(Senior) CRM Manager - Upselling (m/f/d)

We have an exciting new role at SIXT – (Senior) CRM Manager - Upselling (m/f/d). Reporting to the Incremental Sales Director and working closely with the Incremental Sales and Product teams, you will help to collaboratively increase cross-sell/up-sell revenues by identifying profit drivers and optimal digital CRM communication channels and journeys. Our varied product portfolio will enable the successful candidate to shine quickly as this is a new role in a new team, designed to focus on a key business growth area. What you will do:

  • You shape the new digital customer CRM program for the incremental sales, booking and up-sell channels, within a new team
  • You are pragmatic and understand how to balance multiple business objectives and still deliver within finite resources
  • You work on transactional communications for all products at SIXT and see them as an important part of our brand and communication
  • You are working collaboratively with the Digital Customer CRM team to execute campaigns from inception to delivery
  • You are testing programs and adapting them based on customer and stakeholder feedback
  • You implement the corresponding reporting suite and KPIs

About you:

  • You already have experience in the field of driving incremental revenue, CRM, and customer management
  • You have relevant professional experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • You are a confident person with an excellent sense for trends and enthusiasm for new topics
  • Your excellent analytical skills enable you to derive business-relevant insights from qualitative and quantitative analyses and key figures and to identify concrete recommendations
  • You work independently, in a structured and self-reliant manner, have a high quality standard and a "hands-on" mentality
  • You speak English fluently - German is not a must
