(Senior) Executive Pricing & Commercial Performance (m/f/d)

With your analytical skills you will set the standard for price setting and with your extensive commercial expertise you will ensure the achievement of defined goals for incremental products. Join our Revenue Management team in Munich as (Senior) Executive Pricing & Commercial Performance Incremental Products (m/f/d).  

What you will do: 

  • In the department “Pricing & Commercial Development” you are the commercial expert for our incremental products and assure reaching agreed targets 
  • You are responsible for market- and profit-oriented product definition and pricing for incremental products and develop an incremental products strategy that balances financial and qualitative targets 
  • You will closely collaborate with our tech teams and define what is needed for successful sale of incremental products. This includes, for example, requirements addressing dynamic pricing and product packaging 
  • You work with our sales channels, develop new and optimize existing incremental sales opportunities for our customers 
  • You make systematic observations, analyses and profitability checks for our incremental products and derive concrete measures and decisions from them 
  • You will drive the development of our systems, processes and reporting solutions and take on exciting projects in revenue management  

  • You have successfully completed a business degree (business administration, economics or similar) and have >5 years of professional experience in consulting or (online) product/performance management 
  • You have a strong analytical way of thinking, a strong understanding of numbers, you are technically skilled, conceptually strong, and experienced in using Excel 
  • You work precisely, independently, in a structured, goal-oriented manner and have extensive experience in the conception, management and execution of projects 
  • You are a strong and assertive communicator in English (German is an advantage) and enjoy using this strength to ensure the company’s objectives across teams 
  • You are a motivator and have a confident appearance towards top management

About the department:
Pricing focuses on market-oriented and margins-optimising product and price management for all business sectors and customer groups in order to create long-term value for the company. The yield management is primarily concerned with maximising revenue through utility and price-oriented management of the fleet and demand. Issues such as planning and composition of the fleet size, predicting the fleet and demand and regulating imports and modulation of vehicles are addressed here. Furthermire, demand adjustments are carried out if necessary through price and availability controls.
