About you:

  • Ideally you have worked as a Customer Service Agent or Insurance Adjuster / Clerk (m/f/d) 
  • You enjoy solving complex facts and keep our quality standards high 
  • You have a keen eye for details and can work accurately even with high workload 
  • You work thoroughly and concentrated with the computer, and you are used to the common office applications 
  • You are fluent in French and you speak good English as well, Dutch is a plus

What you will do:

Your team is responsible for processing and claiming damage files. You are responsible for the first customer contact. You are the connection between our service stations, external service providers, and our claims processing and you will document the exact happening and the information according to the damage. You communicate with several institutions like insurance companies, appraisers, external experts and repair shops. You document activities on each claim to resolve as quickly and accurately as possible. You correspond with our customers fluently in French and English – Dutch is a big plus.
