Senior Expert Leadership Development (m/f/d)

As our new Senior Expert Leadership Development (m/w/d) you have the opportunity to create and implement a new leadership development journey for our organization from scratch, laying the foundation to create stronger leaders across all divisions and levels of our company.

What you will do:

  • You own the strategic philosophy for leadership development by assessing and prioritizing continuous leadership development needs to strengthen the performance and (people) growth culture at SIXT
  • You curate relevant content and manage the delivery of world-class leadership learning journeys
  • You create scalable training curricula and processes to support achievement of performance and development objectives and measure the effectiveness of integrated leadership development solutions
  • You leverage current and emerging learning technologies to respond to multiple stakeholder needs (in collaboration with training stakeholders in business)
  • You own, develop and ensure governance framework, standards, and quality criteria for design & delivery
  • You follow trends and research in learning and leadership development and apply them to advance SIXT’s culture and development opportunities

About you:

  • You are highly experienced to work within a fast-paced, international environment with proven experience as a global Leadership Development Manager
  • You have a holistic mindset and skills to stay at the top of strategic execution and translating business challenges into actionable learning goals and solutions
  • You are self-motivated and highly resourceful in driving projects forward
  • You have strong people & communication skills at all levels, coupled with tact and empathy for different personalities
  • You have an analytical and operational strengths to be able to analyse data as it relates to HR metrics and derive conclusions
  • You are fluent in English; German is a plus
