Process Mining Analyst (m/f/d)

We are at the very beginning of an exciting journey, in which you as a Process Mining – Analyst (m/f/d) will have a huge impact on the roll-out of our process mining practice! Within the currently establishing Process Mining CoE (Center of Excellence) you´ll be an integral part of pathing SIXT´s way towards a process-centric and data-driven organization! 
 
What you will do:

  • You work closely together with various business functions, IT system experts and the Process Mining CoE to translate business requirements into process data models and process dashboards 
  • You create meaningful process dashboards that help identifying process improvement opportunities within SIXT´s numerous interesting processes, such as Fleet Lifecycle Management, Procurement, Accounts Payable & Receivable, etc 
  • Together with the business you validate & quantify the identified process improvement opportunities and ensure the follow-up  
  • You enable the business functions to integrate & use process mining in their daily business activities to ensure improved process efficiency and operations wherever possible 
  • You push the development and delivery of the process mining service offering within SIXT to the next level 

About you:

  • You are a graduate in the field of business informatics, business analytics, computer science-oriented business administration or a comparable education 
  • You have a good knowledge of SQL (preferably also Python or R) and experience in implementing process mining software (e.g. such as Celonis) 
  • You can quickly understand process flows in IT systems and have preferably knowledge of ERP and/or CRM data structures 
  • You enjoy creating dashboards that provide the right data for the right stakeholder in an appealing visual way & identify and quantify process improvement opportunities 
  • You´re fluent in English (German is a plus) and a team player with a customer-orientated mindset
