Project Manager


Sixt is looking for a Project Manager – Corporate Sales to oversee the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects while ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for overall project coordination, including managing scheduling, assigning tasks, motivating resources, budget management, and resolving problems 

  • Create strategy for digital selling & training 

  • Provide consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, and ongoing project health analysis, significant issue tracking, and communication with project team, business lines, and management levels on a regular basis 

  • Identifies risks and proposes contingency & mitigation plans 

  • Adjusts project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of business 

  • Gather requirements, define proper project scopes, find resources and manage resource allocation for projects. 

 

  • Project Management experience in a client delivery/services company 

  • Excellent client facing interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written 

  • Have excellent relationship building and communications skills 

  • Work autonomously and lead cross functional teams to deliver results 

  • Proactively identify issues, process improvements, and problem solving to design the best solutions in digital selling 

  • Have proven ability to launch and execute successful initiatives in complex and challenging environments 

  • Project Management experience in a client delivery/services company 

  • Excellent client facing interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written 

  • Have excellent relationship building and communications skills
