We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join SIXT’s Major Incident Management team as an Incident Manager (m/f/d). This role is the central point of contact in case of outages or system degradations and in charge of communication and coordination to help solving the incident fast, effective and efficient. The ideal candidate determines the cause in cooperation with the engineers in order to prevent similar incidents in the future.
