Data Analytics Manager - Incentives

The Payroll & Incentives Department is looking for a Data Analytics Manager to oversee all aspects of Variable and Incentive Compensation. From the calculation of monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives, and the associated reporting needed to support these activities. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design comprehensive test plans, manage testing efforts for procedures, data, and internal controls, develop and maintain a consistent and executable payment validation process, and oversee audit/regulatory reviews and financial reporting.
  • Ad-hoc report preparation and/or review for Sales Leaders, Executives, and other as required.
  • Work with teammates to identify manual processes and participate in or deliver automated solutions and/or eliminate non-value or low value activities.
  • Guide stakeholders to choose the best option, by backing up recommendations with thorough analysis, modelling, and clear presentation of complex material.
  • Identifies issues and challenges, measures, and validates results, and implements solutions.
  • Creates and communicates presentation materials for report out and updates with various levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conducts external research and stays abreast of new developments or innovative advancements pertaining to the project.
  • This position also assists with special projects and any assigned tasks as deemed necessary by Management.
  • Calculate, review, and approve all Incentive and Variable pay monthly calculations.
  • Collaborate with team, leaders, and other departments to identify and establish best practices.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Operational Leaders and Executives
  • Team and self-development through coaching, company-offered learning courses, other training, team building, and employee relations

  • Previous Incentive & Variable Pay experience
  • Advanced Excel Knowledge
  • Kronos/Ultipro Experience
  • Ability to perform advanced mathematical calculations.
  • Compensation Experience +

  • Ability to travel up to 25%
