Sixt is looking for a Content Administrator to develop and maintain our knowledge base and learning management system. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes: 

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills 
  • Exceptional attention to detail, high degree of accuracy.  
  • Strong project management skills  
  • Strong organization and planning skills 
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, strategic planning and project management skills. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the primary contact and liaison for our knowledge base and learning management systems. 
  • Effectively use internal systems to add, create and maintain information on company knowledge base (WIKI).  
  • Create and edit internal content for the sites based on sound writing principles, branding, and guidelines, as well as accurately editing and posting content. 
  • Establish highly effective collaborative relationships across organizational departments and stakeholder groups. 
  • Manage the site consent to ensure all site content is consistent, synchronized, up to date and accurately placed. 
  • In partnership with subject-matter experts, identify creative content solutions as necessary to be flexible to the ever-changing business needs. 
  • Maintain knowledge base library business documents. 
  • Maintain consistent structure of content in learning management system. 
  • Evaluate and offer input and feedback on alternate solutions for knowledge system and learning management system structure to align with organizational goals and direction. 
  • Manage content review program with optimum organizational methods to ensure accurate tracking of versions, documents, course updates, content changes, subject matter experts, department liaisons. 
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget. 
  • Maintain accurate project management details, records, and tracking.  
  • Manage and maintain project folders, document, asset library and content files.  
  • Manage and maintain accurate content, data, and reporting in LMS (Learning Management System). 
  • Oversee the quality of all knowledge base and learning management content to ensure all materials align with the organization’s branding requirements. 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher 
  • 2+ years of experience in a comparable function such system administrator, digital content administrator, project management 
  • Experience with knowledge bases and LMS preferred. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint  
  • Training and development background preferred 
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
