The Vice President FP&A will play a critical role in driving the financial planning and analysis for all critical areas of the business: direct cost (fleet, commissions, operational labor), personnel cost, staffing, and budgeting to provide clarity and deep insights into our corporate finances. The VP FP&A is centrally responsible to drive critical budget initiatives, performance monitoring, process improvements within FP&A, and report monthly to the North American Leadership Group as well as integrate in group-wide reporting cadences with the executive board. Considering SIXT’s material growth in the Unites States, this role is both: art and science focusing resources on the critical levers and eliminating noise.
This role and the FP&A department are crucial in setting the strategic financial direction for North America and aligning with Sixt’s global mission.
