Chief Product Owner (m/f/d)
Global Business Services (GBS) operates an exciting range of services here at SIXT. As Chief Product Owner GBS you are responsible for product strategy and development.
DO WHAT YOU LOVE:
- You are responsible for our full GBS product portfolio and its user experience. This includes prioritizing product requirements, defining product features, designing user interfaces, monitoring development budgets and schedules, and ensuring product quality and usability
- You lead, motivate, and inspire the GBS product owner and their teams
- You are able to use data to drive decisions, measure product performance, and communicate impact and get buy-in from senior executives
- You are a master communicator who will work to bring teams together, manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment and decision making
- You drive further continuous improvement for agile methodologies and for fast, iterative experimentation-based product development
COME AS YOU ARE:
- You have profound experience in product management incl. developing and implementing product strategies, with demonstrable success in launching new products & features with clear impact
- You have a healthy blend of strategic thinking capabilities with an innate "dream big, start small" mindset and a keen eye for detail
- You have excellent business acumen, are customer-centric as well as team and results-oriented
- You have strong analytical skills to identify root causes
- Coaching and mentoring abilities come natural to you
- Additionally, to fluent English good German language skills would be helpful for this task
