Replacement & Truck Sales Manager

For this expansion, we are looking for a competent and result-driven Replacement & Truck Sales Manager, to strengthen our Corporate Sales team in the Benelux business unit. Based in Hoofddorp, at our Benelux HQ or in Belgium in our HQ offices.

We offer an exciting opportunity to join us as a Replacement & Truck Sales Manager based in the Benelux in order to provide services to specific customers from the replacement segment (Arval, Europ Assistance, …) and corporate customers with truck needs. Hence, you will be responsible for developing car & truck rentals amongst other products / services. As a member of the Benelux Sales Team, you will focus on the strategic management of (local) replacement customers and develop the truck activity of SIXT within your geographical perimeter (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemburg).

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • You are the first contact / account manager for our replacement and truck customers in the BeNeLux
  • You are responsible for negotiating existing agreements within your portfolio
  • You will have to acquire new replacement and truck customers
  • You take over the strategic planning of sales activities and have regular review meetings to monitor revenue development & growth
  • You are responsible for implementing your new clients
  • You cooperate closely with your Corporate Sales colleagues to get leads
  • You work closely with the international & local Benelux Sales Team and product management on optimizing our products / services

Your Qualities:

  • Charismatic and empathic personality with strong relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and profound analytical skills
  • Highly motivated, dynamic and hands-on personality, willing to go the extra mile
  • Senior attitude in dealing with customer and partner
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Fluent in French and English (Dutch language skills are of high advantage)
  • You have completed a degree or training in tourism or business administration
  • You have already experience in sales or account management
  • You are motivated to grow successfully with your portfolio and take on any new challenge
  • You have outstanding organizational skills, and you are used to work independently
