Global Account Manager

The US Sales team is looking for a Global Account Manager with responsibility for multinational partnerships. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to global customer concerns and needs. This will include meeting regularly with global customers for reviews and finding new ways to improve revenue in global markets. This individual will need to be able to build and strengthen customer relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.

An important part of improving revenue in this role will be to identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and then partner with the international corporate sales team to seize these opportunities. Additional cross-functional work with internal departments (e.g. Pricing, Sales Controlling, Marketing) will be vital in developing strategic revenue goals and ensuring these target goals are being met.

A key responsibility will be to maintain accurate customer records through a CRM-Tool; this will include keeping track of any contract updates and renewals. Additionally, this individual will be defining and implementing negotiation strategies and pricing in the context of tenders and rate extensions within the CRM-Tool.

Travel will include but not be limited to participation in events such as supplier conferences, specialist events, and customer events.

About You


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales/account management within the travel industry, mobility services sector, automotive industry, or related
  • Proven success in portfolio growth and successful negotiations
  • Working experience with CRMs is a plus
  • Functional knowledge of tracking, managing, and presenting KPIs
