Business Development SME

Sixt is looking for a Business Rental Sales Executive to make proactive outbound telephone calls to portfolio accounts and prospects using existing database, marketing campaigns, referrals, and self-generated leads. They will manage the Sixt business portal by contacting and responding to all leads generated through it. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute strategies to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and nurture relationships to drive growth of the funnel pipeline
  • Create and negotiate offers for tailored mobility solutions and bring them to closure
  • Overcome objections through actively listening and outside the box thinking
  • Negotiate and implement mutually beneficial solutions for new clients
  • Present complex information and ideas effectively to diverse audiences through various mediums
  • Oversee a significant portfolio of new customers
  • Aid in the improvement of the existing sales process and the optimization of everyday routines
  • Contribute to revenue growth to meet business plan targets
  • Proactively pursue sales leads generated from a variety of sources: internet, call center, database
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date database of customers and prospects
  • Analyze potential customers to offer Sixt products that fit their needs

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in sales or account management
  • Demonstrated passion and skill for sales
  • Proven ability to recognize complex customer needs and match those with suitable offers
  • Target-driven motivation
  • Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
  • Structured, communicative, and confident on the phone
  • Strong analytical skills and good at prioritizing and solving problems
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
