Sales Administrator


We offer an exciting opportunity to join us as a Sales Administrator based in Langley, Berkshire. We are looking for service-oriented administrator with strong sales customer relationship management skills for the car rentals division in UK. We also welcome applications from those looking for a lateral move to a new career, and are keen to hear from those in hospitality, trained hotel specialists, salespeople, travel agents, receptionists or service personnel.

  • You support your Field Sales colleagues with your focused and precise way of working. In your daily job you keep a structured overview in preparation of meetings with customers, offers and price calculations, contract management, and other tasks
  • You analyse customer usage behaviour and data to uncover further sales opportunities and follow up on them (alone, or with your Field Sales colleagues) and to grow revenues
  • You partner up with international colleagues, to expand cooperations with customers across the globe
  • You implement and enable: You deliver a seamless mobility experience for B2B customers, making a difference through excellence and excitement

ABOUT YOU

  • A Charismatic personality.
  • Strong relationship-building skills: You will be the first point of contact to travel managers and procurement managers.
  • You have outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and delegate
  • Commercially astute team player with a positive attitude and a can-do mindset.
  • Highly motivated, dynamic and hands-on personality, willing to go the extra mile.
  • Analytic skills for analysing customer usage data and identifying opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to influence and make decisions by applying independent judgement.
  • Familiar with KPI's
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com)
  • You bring 1-2 years’ experience in Account Management or Inside Sales. More is always welcome!
