Accounts Payable Specialist (FTL - Hybrid)
The Finance Department is looking for a Junior Accounts Payable Specialist to assist the Accounting Payable Supervisor by providing timely and accurate support of accounting operations while satisfying internal control and audit requirements. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:

Key Responsibilities:
Handle high volume of invoices weekly (2000-3000)
Review all invoices for accuracy and completeness in accordance with established policies and procedures
Research, track, and resolve accounting problems
Perform accounting and clerical functions to support Accounting Manager
Establish, develop, and maintain vendor relationships
Maintain accounting records by scanning and filing documents
Coordinate accounting procedures with our Accounting Department in Germany
Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential
Assist with special projects as needed
Associates degree preferred
Knowledge of MS Office software Word and Excel
Must be able to work 40 hours per week
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Proficiency in English
