What we offer

The International SME & Account Management Department is currently seeking a talented and motivated team leader (m/f/d) to join our team orange. The function of this role is to accelerate the local B2B growth in branches from selected countries Italy, France, Benelux, Austria, Switzerland. The Head of OLS (m/f/d) is a Senior Executive position and a functional lead of District Sales Managers. You will working closely with the Director International SME sales & account management and you will be responsible for the implementation of global standards in new customer acquisition by station managers. This includes enabling high sales quality and creating sustainable relationships with our B2B customers.   • Ensure KPI-based sales management and be responsable for Lead Generation and Lead Volume Control
  • Act as a coach and ensure high sales quality
  • Roll-out new products or features (e.g. Travel Arranger with profile booking instead of GBL)
  • Develop and monitor of "sales hygiene" and participation in "Anti Fraud Detection"
  • Cooperate closely with SME for synergies and optimization of customer handover

What you bring with you


  • You have experience in the KPI-driven leadership of teams in sales or operations
  • You combine outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills with great structure and good analytical skills
  • You are pragmatic, solution-oriented and driven by results. Your motivation, curiosity and determination enable you to have a great impact on your team results
  • You demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills which enable you to collaborate with diverse teams and individuals as well as ensure effective communication across the organization
  • You are business fluent in English. Further language skills (especially German or French) are a great plus
