Hourly rate $15.75 plus monthly bonuses/incentives average $1200/month
What you’ll do to excel:
Elevate every rental experience by actively promoting and selling additional vehicles and optional extras that align with each customer’s preferences.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout all customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction and building loyalty.
Achieve sales targets and uphold service standards to contribute to our team’s success.
Execute administrative duties, including maintaining daily checklists to support smooth branch operations.
Communicate effectively via phone and email, embodying our commitment to friendly and helpful service.
Collaborate with the branch team to efficiently manage vehicle returns and ensure swift turnaround times.
Embrace other assigned responsibilities as needed to support our dynamic business environment.
