You process and review employee expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company travel and expense policies
You support employees and managers with T&E inquiries, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and system usage
You handle data entry and validation tasks while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail
You assist with invoice processing and coordinate with Finance and Procurement teams for seamless workflows
You monitor compliance issues and escalate complex cases or policy violations to your supervisor when necessary
Experience You have background in finance operations, administrative functions, or HR environments
Attention to detail You demonstrate accuracy in data processing with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Communication You possess excellent interpersonal skills for supporting employees and coordinating with various departments
Systems You are comfortable working with expense management tools, and Microsoft Office applications
Organization You maintain structured working methods with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently
Languages You are fluent in English (mandatory) with additional language skills being a plus
