YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You’ll be responsible for the design, creation, and implementation of innovative, interactive digital learning formats (e.g., eLearnings, blended learning, microlearning) for various target groups worldwide

• You’ll act as the primary point of contact for our international program owners and internal departments on all topics related to digital learning, instructional concepts, and selecting suitable learning formats

• You’ll independently manage projects in the field of Learning Design & Technologies, design strategic ideas, and implement them together with the team

• You’ll evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions, identify potential improvements, and continuously develop formats and processes

• You’ll work closely with our Learning Management System (LMS) and play a key role in its ongoing development

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education You have a completed degree in (media) education, instructional design, eLearning, digital media, communication sciences, or a related field

• Experience You bring hands-on experience in designing and developing digital learning formats, ideally in an international context

• Tools/Systems You are confident working with common authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and learning management systems, experience with AI-supported learning technologies is a plus

• Language You communicate fluently and professionally in English, both in writing and speaking

• Soft Skills You combine creativity, instructional sensitivity, time management, attention to detail, and a structured, solution-oriented way of working

• Motivation You take initiative, enjoy strategic planning as much as implementation, and bring a collaborative mindset with a passion for sharing knowledge and improving learning experiences
