As a breakdown assistance technician, you'll receive damage and breakdown reports from our customers by phone and independently coordinate all necessary measures, such as arranging a towing company. You'll organize replacement vehicles, forward breakdowns to the manufacturer within the scope of mobility, and assist our customers with any questions regarding the above-mentioned topics.
