Controlling and Collection Specialist - International Intermediary Business (B2P) (m/f/d)

As a Controlling and Collection Specialist in our International Intermediary Business (B2P) team, you’ll take ownership of collection processes, performance analysis, and billing operations in a dynamic, international environment.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external business partners to ensure transparency, accuracy, and continuous process improvement in this field.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You will be responsible for resolving past due accounts directly with our international intermediary business partners after a thorough pre-analysis in interaction with receivables management, customer service and support teams
• You will ensure continuous monitoring of processes and KPIs, and contribute up-to-date data for reporting to all stakeholders, including senior management
• You take care of the timely evaluation of relevant data from special billing processes (e.g. partner incentives) and manage the associated billing processes
• You ensure data quality in all billing processes, identify potential sources of error and derive corrective and improvement measures
• You connect different stakeholders, extract high-level information and provide these as a basis for action to the management and commercial team

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You have several years of experience in Collections, Analytics or Controlling
• Your Microsoft Excel skills are excellent and you have a sound understanding of SQL. SAP and VBA for Excel skills are a plus.
• You are a solution-oriented and analytical thinker, and you are constantly questioning processes and structures in a diligent and critical manner
• You stay structured in an agile environment, and you feel confident setting and tracking deadlines independently and reliably. You retain an overview when dealing with large amounts of data.
