Was Du bei uns machst:

• Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für unsere internationalen Groß- und Statuskunden
• Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Buchung von Fahrzeugmieten, dafür stehst du unseren Kunden per Email und Telefon auf Deutsch und Englisch zur Verfügung
• Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und kümmerst Dich nachhaltig um die Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit
• Du treibst durch deine professionelle Haltung die Kundenbindung voran

Was Du mitbringst:

• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Kundenservice, Customer Support, Sales, Backoffice oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
• Empathie und Verständnis für Kundenbedürfnisse sowie eine lösungs- und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
• Motivation einen ausgewählten Kundenkreis per Email und Telefon zu betreuen
• Erste Erfahrungen in Sales sind von Vorteil
