Your role at SIXT

The Title and Registration Admin will be responsible for the preparation, record, maintenance and validation of the title and registration process. This person will play a vital role in ensuring that the department provides support for the fleet locations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organization and communication skills, with amazing attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary contact for title & registration administrative needs for assigned territory
  • Efficiently process vehicle initial registrations & renewals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, state motor vehicle departments & title services
  • Monitor vehicle registration and renewal statuses with state motor vehicle departments & title services
  • Troubleshoot title and registration issues in a timely manner to ensure a seamless process and data accuracy
  • Validate information and invoices
  • Perform other job duties as assigned to meet business needs.

What you bring with you

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Effective communicate skills both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to gather and analyze information from multiple sources and take appropriate action
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to analyze information analytical skills and willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Must have the ability to work well with cross functional teams
  • Knowledge of MS Office software Word and Excel
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week
