Business Analyst - Fleet Controlling

The Business Analyst will work with the Senior Manager of Fleet Controlling to support the optimization of fleet strategy across the US. In this role, the fleet team will look to the Business Analyst to help establish and streamline processes and analyses throughout the department. Ideal candidates will have a superior analytical ability, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and fun environment.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Use reports and tools to monitor our entire fleet and make sure no vehicle is left behind
  • Track and analyze key metrics, as well as optimize models currently in use
  • Compile key pieces of information related to fleet performance to be reviewed by company leadership on a regular basis
  • Work closely with other members of the fleet division such as Remarketing (the reselling of vehicles) and Fleet Acquisition (the purchasing of vehicles)
  • Process improvement, which consists of analyzing processes currently in place, constructing workflow charts, communicating changes, and following up to ensure revised processes are successfully being implemented

Your Qualities

  • Bachelors/Masters in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Sciences
  • Expertise with Excel and related applications
  • Demonstrated success in prioritizing projects, meeting deadlines, and communicating results
  • Expertise with Excel and related applications
  • Ability to communicate business users’ needs to technical team
  • Capable of learning new technologies in a fast paced environment
