Turnback Coordinator

Under general supervision, this position provides prompt and professional oversight to our repurchase process for Defleet. You will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles have the correct documentation (Titles, Condition Reports, etc) for the repurchase programs, verify items that need repair/replacement, and expedite the vehicles to ready status.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Arbitrate Condition reports - Collect all Condition reports, schedule meetings with auction personnel and dispute charges. Once charges are negotiated I signoff on the finalize cost.
  • Dispatch Fleet team to walk vehicles and dispute crs - Upon review of outlier condition reports that are forwarded from the turnback team. Dispatches Fleet Managers from defleet depots around the country to auctions
  • Dispute and arbitrate perm rejects with auction - Over turn perm units back into acceptable gather information to dispute units that we don’t believe should be a permanent reject. Get wit auction reps to arbitrate units
  • Manage the repair time of temp rejects nationwide - Ensure temp reject turn around times are kept as low as possible by providing support to fleet managers around the nation. The link between the auction and defleet depot for dedicated communications and follow ups for these types of units
  • Coordinating transport for rejects vehicles - Set transport by Requesting pick up points and drop off points for units around the nation from transportation department
  • Setting up gate passes for temp and perm rejects - Coordinate with auction personnel the release of units that we have to take out and send back to defleet depot (temps and perms)
  • Provide support for onsite inspectors - Build and Ensure onsite reports are working properly/ troubleshoot when onsite agent is having issues, advise onsite agents on more complicated tasks and issues that they encounter on the field

Your Qualities

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • A good driving record with a valid driver's license required.
  • Must have computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Highly efficient communication skills required
  • Work experience in sales or customer service is required
