Executive Assistant

Sixt is looking for an Executive Assistant to support multiple Executives in various office duties and any special projects as needed. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes: · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills · Strong commitment to collaborative work · Strong organizational and time management skills


Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Provide confidential and trustworthy administrative assistance to the executive team
  • Research and summarize data to provide accurate executive summaries
  • Communicate with both internal and external clients
  • Handle customer inquiries and requests
  • Provide all administrative support for meetings and key projects
  • Schedule meetings, training classes and events
  • Maintain confidential files and records (paper and electronic documents)

Your Qualities

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Professional skills to handle sensitive and difficult situations with diplomacy
  • Ability to multi-task and distribute efforts appropriately among tasks, manage competing deadlines, handle frequent interruptions, and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Excellent computer skills and strong proficiency with MS Office suite of software
  • Must have a high degree of confidentiality when handling communications, correspondence, and company-confidential documents
  • Strong work ethic and hands-on style
  • Willingness to take on additional tasks to keep things on track
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day and/or evening hours
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
