As a Junior Branch Manager your salary will be £24,000 - £28,000 per year (depending on experience) plus a monthly performance bonus. This is a very varied role where you are responsible for the budget and sales performance of the branch. At the same time you are in charge of your premium vehicle fleet, as well being responsible for coordinating and optimising all processes in the branch.
