Senior Executive Commercial Projects Partner Business (m/f/d)

The B2P (Business to Partner) department looks after our (tourism) distribution partners all over the world. From online travel agencies to rental car brokers, from meta channels to multimodal platforms – together with our colleagues, we ensure that customers always find their perfect SIXT rental car for their next trip. No matter which platform they start their search on and where they want to travel.

You will help our team grow by managing international partnerships, identifying joint business opportunities, and implementing and carrying out partner-related projects. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You support our strong revenue growth in global partnerships by setting up and executing commercial projects and initiatives

• You create business cases and leadership presentations and present your findings to the leadership team

• You support and lead contract negotiations, improve the contracting process at SIXT, and become an expert in B2P standard agreements and their execution

• You support and lead commercial topics with senior management and coordinate cross-functional and cross-cultural workstreams on behalf of our leadership team

• You stay up to date on the latest market and competitor developments, conduct trend analyses, and develop strategic recommendations

• You take ownership of certain KPIs and build the respective reporting dashboards

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have several years of professional experience in contract management, consulting, corporate development, or commercial analytics – ideally with a focus on legal aspects, negotiations, or international partnerships
• Education You hold a degree in commercial law, business, economics, tourism, or a related discipline
• Skills You bring strong analytical, legal and contractual understanding, as well as expertise in negotiation, project management, and presentation
• Language You are fluent in English and German, any other languages are a plus
• Spirit You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and proactive way. You communicate clearly and confidently across cultures and teams, and you enjoy collaborating in an international, fast-paced environment built on mutual respect and openness.
