Director Fleet Cost Controlling and Analytics (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on team leader to own and improve our fleet cost controlling & analytics. Your mission is clear but challenging: Build a Fleet Steering that enables us to become the benchmark in fleet cost efficiency.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You maximize our vehicle margins by owning and improving total fleet cost intelligence and collaborating cross-departmentally to include relevant top-line items in deal decisions
• You lead and develop a team of experts covering all aspects of fleet costs, purchase analytics and deal approvals
• You ensure board-ready results as well as ongoing conceptual improvements jointly with the dedicated topic responsible experts
• You are the lead counterpart for other divisions on fleet cost-related questions

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Mindset You bring drive and the willingness to take full ownership, thriving in a dynamic environment where trust and responsibility go hand in hand
• Education You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study
• Experience You have experience in leading experts, driving conceptual improvements and providing board-ready results based on extensive experience in ideally Top Management consulting in combination with a corporate team lead role
• Tools You have profound knowledge of Excel and - ideally - experience in AWS QuickSight & SQL
• Language You communicate fluently in German and English
