YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Lead complex negotiations You are responsible for managing procurement for our rental fleet across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg
• Drive strategic partnerships You negotiate with international vehicle manufacturers and dealers to secure optimal terms and conditions
• Shape fleet strategy You plan optimal fleet composition in collaboration with Yield Management, Controlling and OEM Business Development
• Build your professional network You serve as primary contact for suppliers, expanding relationships at trade fairs, business meetings, and events
• Pioneer new mobility solutions You help develop innovative products like subscription models with vehicle manufacturers
• Close complex deals You document successful negotiations in legally binding contracts with legal and tax department support

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education You successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field
• Experience You have a background in automotive, purchasing, B2B sales, or comparable professional areas
• Analytical skills You bring strong Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables) with an analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving
• Communication You have excellent negotiation and communication abilities and a team-oriented, proactive attitude
• Work style You work precisely, structured, and you are reliable with motivation to grow in an international, fast-paced environment
• Languages You are fluent in German and English
