Travel & Expenses Supervisor (m/f/d)

You will take on the operational lead responsibilities within our Travel & Expenses (m/f/d) department at SIXT, ensuring smooth execution of daily processes while supporting strategic improvements and providing professional leadership to the T&E team. This position is essential to maintain stability during organizational transition and ensure that Travel & Expenses operations continue with high quality, compliance, and efficiency. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You supervise the Travel & Expense team, providing day-to-day direction, guidance, and support while managing workload distribution

• You ensure all T&E processes run smoothly and efficiently, including timely review and processing of expense reports with high quality standards

• You serve as the escalation point for complex cases, data issues, and exception handling while monitoring compliance with travel policies

• You maintain strong process documentation and identify opportunities to improve workflows and reduce manual effort

• You coordinate closely with Finance, HR, Procurement to ensure seamless end-to-end processes

• You support reporting activities and KPI tracking to provide insights into spending patterns and operational performance

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have background in travel management, expense management, finance operations, or similar administrative functions

• Leadership You possess first leadership experience with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop team members through coaching

• Process expertise You demonstrate strong understanding of T&E processes, compliance standards, and process governance requirements

• Communication You excel at stakeholder management with clear and consistent communication across all organizational levels

• Organization You maintain a structured working style with strong ownership mentality and exceptional attention to detail

• Languages You are fluent in English, German skills would be a plus
