YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- Strategic Business Partnering: Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Planning & Forecasting: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning in alignment with corporate goals.
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Deliver accurate financial analysis, performance reports, and scenario modeling to guide business planning.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor KPIs and perform variance analysis, providing clear, actionable recommendations.
- Cost & Efficiency Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities and support initiatives to improve profitability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and act as a trusted financial advisor.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Qualifications CIMA ( or ACCA) 3-5 years post qualification
- Experience 4+ years in a similar role
- Skills Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Excel, with financial analysis skills, including proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis
- Languages Fluent in English
