DO WHAT YOU LOVE:
- You will optimize the platform and provide technical expertise to scale digital solutions, email marketing campaigns, and data integration
- You work closely with several teams such as the CRM, Sales, and Marketing team to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions
- You build custom reports, email templates, AMPscript-based dynamic templates, automation jobs, and comprehensive customer journeys
- You configure data import and export via FTP
- You will iteratively improve our Marketing Cloud data model architecture and identify and troubleshoot platform and data feed-related issues
COME AS YOU ARE:
- You have several years of experience working with Marketing Cloud platform and SFMC certifications
- You have a technical educational background in the field of Computer Science, Information Science, or a similar related field
- You have a wide range of experience in Marketing Cloud modules such as Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, and Content builder to build custom reports, email templates, AMPscript-based dynamic templates, automation jobs, and comprehensive customer journeys
- You have a robust understanding of Marketing Cloud’s contact data model to work with customers and platform data (SQL, system data views, Send Log)
- You have experience with email and/or marketing automation software and integration with databases. Experience with web service integration (REST/SOAP)
