You develop and own the annual marketing strategy and roadmap for our global Rewards Program, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals
You create detailed campaign plans with clear budget allocation and promotion timelines to increase member acquisition and lifetime value
You design and implement multi-channel strategies across email, digital, and in-location touchpoints to grow and retain our member base
You leverage customer data to deliver personalized communications, offers, and benefits that enhance engagement
You manage loyalty campaigns from concept to execution, including briefing, targeting, deployment, and post-campaign performance reviews
You define, track, and report on key KPIs such as member growth, churn, engagement, and campaign ROI
Experience You have 5+ years in marketing with at least 3 years focused on Rewards Programs, CRM, or retention marketing
Results You bring a proven track record of driving measurable results through strategic marketing campaigns
Data Skills You are confident working with customer data and turning insights into actionable marketing strategies
Tools/Systems You have hands-on experience with loyalty platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Comarch) and marketing automation tools
Industry Knowledge You ideally have experience in the travel, hospitality, or rental industry and understand the dynamics of a points-based program
Soft Skills You are customer-obsessed, highly collaborative, and an excellent communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments, fluency in English is mandatory
