I hereby authorize SIXT Car Rental, it's agents to procure a consumer report and/or investigative consumer report for employment puposes, to investigate all statements I have made or will make with my application for employment, and to obtain any transcripts, records or documents pertaining to my background, education and/or employment (all of the above, collectively, "background information") I acknowledge that any false statements made by me in connection with my applications for employment shall be cause for denial of that application and/or temination of employment and that any offer of employment and/or my continued employment shall be contingent upon the results of such reports and/or investigations. I understand that this authorization shall remain on file and shall serve as a continuing authorization for SIXT Car Rental to procure background information for employment purposes at any time during my employment by SIXT Car Rental. I authorize all persons, schools, companies, corporations, credit bureau,law enforcementagencies and other persons or entities to release such background information to SIXT Car Rental or it's designees. I hereby release SIXT Car Rental and it's officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability in connection with such reports and/or investigations.
