You serve as subject matter expert in both Workday HCM and Adaptive Planning, ensuring alignment with organizational HR and financial planning processes
You provide post-production support for Adaptive Planning, resolving issues and optimizing solutions to meet evolving business needs globally
You collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated, high-quality system solutions
You identify opportunities to streamline HR and financial planning workflows and automate routine processes for increased efficiency
You perform regular system maintenance and configuration within Workday and Adaptive Planning environments
You deliver effective end-user training and documentation while supporting initiatives to improve team processes and system governance
Workday expertise You have experience configuring and optimizing Workday HCM, particularly Core HCM, Security, and Business Processes
Technical proficiency You possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, and strong analytical problem-solving abilities
Communication You excel at engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organization You manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize successfully in fast-paced, global environments
Languages You communicate fluently in English, more languages would be a plus
